Our Guest Speaker at the Monthly General Meeting will be Jennie Brand-Miller, Professor of Human Nutrition at the School of Molecular and Microbial Biosciences at the University of Sydney.
Prof. Jennie Brand-Miller has been carrying out research on the glycemic index factors of food, and will talk to us about “The Secret to Weight Control”.
A listing of Professor Brand-Miller’s awards, achievements and publications will be available at the meeting.
There will be time set aside for Questions and Answers.  There will also be books available for purchase on the day, if desired.
Come along, bring your friends, and learn the answers to all your questions about healthy food and diet.

Our Guest Speaker at the Monthly General Meeting will be Paul Wallbank, the Managing Director of PC Rescue, and who has regular computer spots on 702 ABC Radio, will be our Guest Speaker at the Monthly General Meeting on Thursday 26th June. He has written four computer books and runs an IT support business and website. Paul founded PC Rescue in 1995 and has helped thousands of people and businesses with computer and Internet problems.

of Hi-Speed Networking is an Electronics Engineer with 25 years experience in digital and analogue PCB repairs to component level and lived in the Forestville area all his life.
Hi-Speed Networking was born out of the need to provide all sorts of electronic and computer repairs from automotive racing engine management computers to computer systems for the hospitality industry one of the first industries to adopt IT systems.

Kaye Fallick

Publisher of “Your Life” magazine, Editor of “About Seniors” and Author of “Get a New Life”.
Kaye
was Guest Speaker at the 9th Australian Seniors Computer Clubs Association Conference last year, and judge of the ASCCA inaugural Creative Writing Competition.
Kaye believes that older Australians in particular have fabulous stories and wisdom to share, and will talk to us about Life Stories and Creative Writing.  Come along and learn how to tell your story.
